All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Minimum order quantities may apply. Order confirmations will be sent via email and constitute the binding agreement between parties.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be specified in quotations and invoices. Standard payment methods include T/T (bank transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), and other methods as agreed upon.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs procedures. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, etc.) will be specified in the order confirmation.

6. Quality and Warranty

All products are manufactured in accordance with our quality management system. We warrant that products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective products.

All intellectual property rights related to our products, website, and marketing materials remain the property of HD Forging. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products.

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
